Lopez Molinar & Hirsh, PLLC, is a spinoff of Lopez Molinar & Saroldi which was founded back in 2007 by attorney Jorge Lopez M. now senior member, has evolved into unique boutique law firm in West Texas composed of attorneys with remarkable trajectory in real estate law, business and corporate transactions, legal consulting in construction and development, and aggressive civil litigation. Our firm has been in constant growth dedicated to render high-quality legal services to individuals and business entities either domestic, foreign or international in the most relevant areas of the law. Our firm has its principal office in El Paso, Texas, a city recognized for its rapid and continuous growth of its business arena and real estate development.
The City of El Paso borders Ciudad Juarez, one of Mexico’s largest cities renowned for its large manufacturing industry. The combination of these two cities creates a metropolitan area, unlike any other in the world, which creates a necessity for its populace and businesses on both sides of the border to conduct their daily activities.
