In this geographical area, it is very common for foreign individuals and corporations to acquire real estate property in the United States. Hence, it is imperative for these individuals or entities to obtain proper legal advice to understand the economic, tax and immigration consequences that result from these transactions. Furthermore, our firm has the proper structure to represent United States investors, either individuals or corporations, in the sale or acquisition of real estate in Mexico by providing legal advice sufficient for our clients to make an informed decision as to their investment. In both situations, Lopez Molinar & Hirsh has the structure, including affiliated firms in other countries such as Mexico, for the preparation and drafting of any legal documentation necessary for the transaction regardless, if it is taking place in the United States or Mexico.
